At the time of this podcast, Paul was the head coach of the Sheridan Storm Swim Team in Quincy, Illinois. He is now the head coach of the Gold River Stingrays. Paul began coaching the Berkeley Swim Team in 1981. From there, Paul began his first full-time job coaching swimming with the North County Swim Club in St Louis, Missouri. Since then Paul has dedicated his entire professional career to coaching young athletes. “I have been blessed to have coached so many awesome young men and women in the pool while witnessing their successes out of the pool." Paul is a Certified Level 5 ASCA Coach, an original member of the World Swimming Coaches Association, and a Certified ASCA Masters Coach. Along with the individual accomplishments, Paul has coached high school, summer league championships, Region 8, sectionals and recently assisted in coaching Junior National Team to a 2nd place finish.
